Growth continues as NCH Medical Group adds physicians to its multidisciplinary care team
Northwest Community Healthcare's (NCH) Medical Group has expanded its network of expert doctors as it welcomes two internal medicine physicians to the practice, Ajay Jain, MD, and Victor A. Lesniauskas, MD. With the addition of Drs. Jain and Lesniauskas, the NCH Medical Group continues to provide residents of Chicago's northwest suburbs with convenient access to experienced and compassionate primary care physicians and specialists.
Drs. Jain and Lesniauskas – both board-certified in internal medicine –officially join the NCH Medical Group Oct. 1, and continue to provide personalized care for their current patients. Dr. Jain remains at his Schaumburg office, located at 1275 E. Schaumburg Road, Suite 120. Dr. Lesniauskas also remains at his office location at 855 East Palatine Road in Palatine.
The NCH Medical Group is also preparing to add four more physician specialists later this fall and in early 2013. A third endocrinologist is expected to join the Medical Group in November while efforts are well underway to welcome a fourth gastroenterologist and two family medicine physicians to the team in Jan. 2011.
The NCH Medical Group offers a broad range of outpatient services in addition to advanced outpatient and inpatient continuum of care treatment options of the Northwest Community Healthcare system. In addition to internal medicine and family practice physicians, other physician specialties of the NCH Medical Group include dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology and rheumatology. To help individuals better manage their urgent and day-to-day healthcare needs, earlier this year NCH launched MyNCH, a robust mobile app for Apple devices. The MyNCH app features real-time, estimated wait times at NCH's Emergency Room and Immediate Care Centers. Patients can send messages to their physicians, request appointments, and view past and future appointments. An Android version of the MyNCH app also is in development.
