Bachelor auction April 14 to benefit Home of the Sparrow

Tickets are now on sale for the inaugural "Girls Night Out and A Few Good Men" bachelor auction.

The event is sponsored by the Crystal Lake Jaycees, a community organization that dates back to 1951, and benefits Home of the Sparrow, a transitional shelter program for homeless women and children in McHenry County and Northern Illinois.

General admission tickets are $25 and include entry to the event and one free drink ticket. VIP tickets are $40 and include entry to the event, two free drink tickets and one hour of networking with the bachelors.

The event, hosted by Joe Cicero and Tina Bree from Star 105.5, will be held from 6:30 to 11 p.m. Saturday, April 14 at the historic Dole Mansion in Crystal Lake.
