Burr Ridge Memory Care residents honored for patriotism

Veterans at Harvester Place, an Anthem Memory Care community, were recently honored for their service with a pinning ceremony. Nine residents were presented certificates for their loyalty and patriotism to the country.

The ceremony also included music and spiritual readings.

"The military was a significant time for our elders and one in which they take pride," said Danyanique Hughes, life engagement director for Harvester Place. "Although they may not recall the details of how they helped their country, it is important to remember their patriotism and dedication.

Harvester Place is located at 15W150 S. Frontage Road in Burr Ridge.
