Prospect Choir hosts sweet Princess Dance for dads and daughters

Chicago and suburban-area girls, along with dads, uncles, grandpas and father figures, are invited to attend the 24th annual Princess Dance at Prospect High School, 801 W. Kensington Road, in Mount Prospect, from 7-9 p.m. Saturday, March 11. The theme will be "Candyland."

This event, hosted by Prospect's Choir Department, is geared toward girls in preschool through fifth grade. Dads and daughters dress up in special occasion clothes and are treated to Prospect Choir's "Candyland," an immersive world decorated with giant lollipops, candy canes, gumballs and gumdrops.

The dance features a local DJ spinning trendy favorites and beloved oldies, complimentary keepsake photos, and candy-themed corsages available for pre-order with advance registration. Every princess will receive a goody bag.

"We can't wait to share our vibrant Candyland experience with dads and daughters," said Jennifer Troiano, director of Prospect High School's Choir Department.

"Join us for a vibrant, immersive experience that will certainly create super sweet memories for girls and their loved ones that they are sure to treasure forever."
