'Tis the season for cooking tips at Schaumburg Library

This fall, Schaumburg Township District Library is here to help you cook, bake and mix your way to a happy holiday season.

Join chef Susan Maddox at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, as she discusses Thanksgiving cuisine. From prepping and cooking your turkey to delish side dishes, she'll help relieve some of the pressure of cooking for a holiday gathering. Registration is open now.

On Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 7 p.m., Marcia Lautanen-Raleigh will show you how to incorporate fresh herbs into cocktails and mocktails. Rethink party punches and classic beverages by making simple syrups, herb extractions and more. Registration is open now.
