Woman's Club Collecting Gloves and Mittens for Journeys/Almost Home

From September 6 through October 15, GFWC Northwest Suburban Woman's Club will be collecting gloves and mittens in men's/women's/children's sizes. A collection box has been set up inside the double doors of the Village of Schaumburg Robert O. Atcher Municipal Center, 101 Schaumburg Ct., Schaumburg.

These items will be used for a winter project that will benefit the clients of Journeys | The Road Home. Journeys | The Road Home serves 37 communities in north/northwest suburban Cook County providing shelter and social services.

Northwest Suburban Woman's Club is a 501c3 non-profit that supports local, state and national organizations with time and monetary donations.
