Wheaton's McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp promotes Gabby Antoniolli to junior partner

McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp P.C. is pleased to announce Attorney Maria "Gabby" Antoniolli as its newest junior partner.

The decision to select Gabby as a junior partner was based on her proven track record as an outstanding attorney as well as her leadership skills and involvement in the legal community. Gabby's versatility and skill in handling a wide variety of legal issues make her an ideal candidate for partnership at McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp P.C.

Gabby represents clients who are experiencing a variety of legal concerns, from divorce to criminal charges. She has proven herself to be adept as a skilled negotiator and advocate as well as a vigorous litigator when necessary to serve her clients' interests. In addition to being a certified Guardian ad Litem, Gabby holds J.D. certificates in Trial Advocacy and Alternative Dispute Resolution and is active with the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and DuPage County Bar Association. Gabby was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2022, a peer-nominated award for exemplary talent and dedication.

As a prosecutor, she gained significant courtroom and trial experience in criminal justice cases. Gabby's work with the State's Attorney's Office demonstrates her commitment to keeping our DuPage County community safe.

Immediately prior to joining McSwain Nagle Giese & Rapp, P.C., Gabby worked at a small family law firm in DuPage County, honing her skills in cases involving divorce, child custody, allocation of parental responsibilities, and other family and criminal law concerns that affect members of the local community. She has demonstrated commitment to protecting children through her service as a family law attorney and as a Guardian ad Litem, making her a role model for other attorneys.

The skills Gabby has built up in a variety of practice areas make her the ideal advocate for members of the community who need to address family law concerns, as she is prepared for anything. Since joining the firm in 2020, Gabby has proven to be both versatile and talented in all regards, and she will be an excellent leader for the firm's growing team.
