League of Women Voters offers VOTE411, an online voter education resource

The League of Women Voters of Roselle-Bloomingdale is offering the nonpartisan election resource called VOTE411, a "one-stop shop" for election information.

VOTE411 provides DuPage County voters with simple, accessible tools to help them navigate the voting process. VOTE411 includes personalized candidate information, voter registration details, polling place locations, and other helpful election information.

"It is crucial for voters in the Roselle-Bloomingdale Area to make informed choices on local ballot initiatives and important state races in the June 28 election," said Roberta Borrino, League president. "VOTE411 is the nation's premier online election resource. Working together with the Leagues of Women Voters of Naperville and Wheaton, we have published our voter guide on VOTE411 as a resource for all DuPage County voters."

With information published in both English and Spanish, VOTE411 helps millions of voters each year - many of them young people and first-time voters - learn more about what's on their ballot, where candidates stand on the issues, and how to find their local polling place.

"The League of Women Voters of Roselle-Bloomingdale is pleased to provide this important, nonpartisan resource to our voters," said Gina Piscopo, League Voter Service Officer. "We encourage voters to use VOTE411.org to do their homework and make a voting plan so they are prepared to cast their vote confidently on Election Day!"

Early voting is currently under way for the June 28 primary election.
