Chicago Bears Open 2022 Community High School All-Star Award Applications

The Chicago Bears announced that applications for the Community High School All-Star award brought to you by Athletico Physical Therapy are now open.

The award will recognize nine high school football players, including high school girls flag football players, making a positive impact in their community and school from March through April. Each winner will receive a custom hand-painted football, gift bag and invitation to a future Chicago Bears event. The Bears will also make a $500 donation to the charitable organization of the player's choosing.

Applications are open now and must be entered by Feb. 18 to be considered.
