NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Schaumburg Area Family to Family Classes

COMING IN MARCH!

A free education course, offering support for family members, partners and caregivers of people with mental illness! It is a 8 week course, taught by trained family members, and includes current research on major brain disorders: schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder and borderline personality disorder.

Information on effective treatments to promote recovery, coping skills, problem-solving, and self care, are the focus of this Family-to-Family Education Program developed by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

Series starts Monday March 7, 2021 in the evening in the Elk Grove/Schaumburg area.
