Chef Thomas Rice of Tete Charcuterie fame and a graduate of Culinary Institute of America has always been inspired by fresh local produce through his culinary career. He has partnered with Fresh Midwest, the new premier local online store specializing in meal kits, meal solutions, meat and seafood, and fresh produce, delivered right to your door. Together they are proud to announce Chef's Table, offering locally inspired cuisines to customers' homes.

These dishes use the bounty of just-picked produce from local farms such as Mick Klüg Farms (St. Joseph's, MI), Sheeringa Farms (Highland, IN), Garwood Orchards (La Porte, IN), and Chicago Botanic Garden's Windy City Harvest. This collection of locally inspired cuisines are ready to cook or ready to eat (in 15 minutes or less). All of these delicious dishes can also be paired with the highest quality meats & seafood from Fresh Midwest's local purveyors.

This special Chef's Table is launching August 5th with five dishes to start ranging in price from $6.99-$12.99.
