Schaumburg Library Offers Overview U.S. Citizenship Process

An overview of the eligibility and qualification requirements for obtaining U.S. citizenship will be offered from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, July 15, online from the Schaumburg Township District Library. Register for "Naturalization 101; Becoming a U.S. Citizen" at SchaumburgLibrary.org to receive the Zoom link.

Information and explanations will be provided by Maria del Carmen Rodriguez, Community Relations Officer, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Chicago District 34. She will discuss the naturalization process, answer questions, and talk about the free online resources and study materials available from USCIS.
