Come in to Spine Pain and Performance Center, located right near downtown Geneva, for a complete chiropractic evaluation with X-rays, a wellness report and your personalized plan of care for a donation of just $49. Effective from Nov. 2 to Nov. 23.
We help with neck pain, back pain, sciatica, nutrition and much more to help you keep the active and healthy lifestyle you deserve.
Proceeds go toward our partnership with Tri City Family Services to supply families in need with a Thanksgiving turkey.
