Schaumburg Library Post-pandemic Job Market Series Starts Tonight

Valuable tips on preparing for changes in the working world will be offered during "The Post-Pandemic Job Market," a four-part online series beginning tonight, Monday, Aug. 3, offered by the Schaumburg Township District Library. The series is designed to assist job seekers in understanding how to adjust their resume and job search to fit these uncertain times. It will provide helpful information for recent graduates or anyone whose job was directly impacted by COVID-19 and the shelter-in-place order.

All parts of this series require registration and will be shown live via Zoom and also live-streamed on the library's YouTube channel at SchaumburgLibrary.tv. Those who miss the live broadcast can view the recording at the same online location.

Topics will include:

"Update Your Resume for Your 2020 Job Search" from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 3.

"Beyond the Resume for Your 2020 Job Search" from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 10.

"Maximize a Mobile Office and Produce Remotely" from 6:30-8:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 17.

"Shift Gears and Source New Job Opportunities" from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 20.
