Starck Real Estate relocates its Harvard office

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate has relocated it Harvard office to 5420 Route 14, Harvard. Although the move put the new location a short distance away from its previous location, the new space allowed for a more open and contemporary design, better parking, and more visibility.

"We are very excited about this move," states Pat Betlinski, Designated Managing Broker of the office, "We have been serving clients in the Harvard area for over 42 years from the same location. We felt it was time to update our office with a more consumer-friendly design and new technology to better serve our clients."

Six real estate brokers work from the office doing an average of 70 transactions per year and $13.5 million in volume. "The space, furnishings and enhanced interior atmosphere allow us to offer our clients an even better service experience," according to Aaron Starck, president of Starck Real Estate. "Harvard is a wonderful community and we are proud to be part of it," he added.
