Schaumburg Library Seeks Tween and Teen Volunteers

Students entering grades 7-11 are welcome to learn about joining the Schaumburg Township District Library's Volunteer Squad during "Volunteer Squad FAQ" from 11 a.m. - noon on Saturday, March 7 and from 7-8 p.m., Monday, March 9 in the Rasmussen North Room of the library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. Students attending the session can ask questions and apply to join the squad, which assists library staff in making the Summer Challenge a success. During the session, students will learn about the responsibilities of squad members and the application process.

Registration is required for attending the sessions. Register for one session only on the library's website or by calling (847) 923-3439.

More information about programs, events and classes at the library is available in the library's February-March Guide, which was mailed to Schaumburg Township residents and is online at www.SchaumburgLibrary.org.
