CCU names five new managers, promotes five

Consumers Credit Union has added five new hires to management positions, as well as internal promotions to management positions for five current employees at the credit union.

Two of the new managers will lead the Credit Union's Contact Center: Dyana Horbach as manager and Karen Farris as assistant manager. Phillip Wilburn joins Team CCU as member experience manager at the Palatine Service Center, where he's responsible for assuring his location delivers the superior member service. David Speidel is the new fraud manager, a position growing in importance daily as "scam artists" find unique new ways to perpetrate financial fraud. Amber Satter joins the Human Resources Department as director of total rewards, where she will be responsible for all aspects of employee compensation and benefits.

Another four employees were promoted within their current departments. Gary Marconi was promoted from Facilities manager to director of facilities; Judith Serrano was promoted from loan servicing representative to loan servicing assistant manager; Graciela Hernandez was promoted from member experience representative lead to assistant member experience manager in Gurnee; and Miguel Reyes was promoted from AMXM to Member experience manager II at CCU's Mundelein location.
