St. Luke Christian Day Care, 410 S. Rush St. in Itasca, is taking registration for its before and after school programs.

The school provides a fun and educational experience for children, age 3 through eighth grade, in a loving and caring Christian environment. They offer half-day and full-day Christian Care programming options for children, 3 years old and potty-trained to 5 years old, in a half-day kindergarten program.

For students in full-day kindergarten to eighth grade, the before and after-school program uses daily sessions including a homework sessions to keep kids busy and engaged before and after the school day. It also is offered during breaks and holidays.

The adult staff has many years of experience working with children and are CPR certified. They offer kid friendly classrooms, an indoor gym, outdoor playground, ball and soccer fields, and a library/computer lab.
