Shakou Naperville to host grand opening 'Giving Back' event

On Thursday, Aug. 15, Shakou Restaurants' newest location in Naperville will host a "Giving Back" grand opening day to introduce the Naperville community to the Shakou brand.

In concert, the Shakou family invites the Naperville community to "dine out and to do good" and will be donating 10% of the opening day's proceeds to the Edward Foundation.

The Edward Foundation is the charitable fundraising arm of Edward Hospital, with a mission to help provide the best and highest quality services, technology and staff to the communities it serves.

Its goal is to help Edward Hospital's commitment to excellence and maintain its position as a leading health care provider through philanthropic support, and achieve its vision to transform the health care experience to be safe, seamless and personal.

Reservations are recommended to ensure your spot.

The founders of Shakou Restaurants designed their CARES program to help support local causes within their footprint communities by providing assistance both in raising funds and promoting charitable organizations in their efforts to champion worthy causes.
