Township of Schaumburg's Mental Health Committee Hosts 7th Mental Health Fair

The Township of Schaumburg's Mental Health Committee (MHC) will host Minds Matter, a mental health awareness fair, on May 7th, 2019 from 4-7 at One Illinois Boulevard, Hoffman Estates.

The free fair will feature booths representing a wide variety of social service, mental health and wellness organizations and more. Residents can learn about individual mental health and safety. Free snacks and activities will be available for attendees to enjoy. Local guest speakers will also cover a variety of mental health topics including:

Self-Care to Manage Stress

Don't Try Harder, Try Different

Overdose Education

Accessing Entitlement Community-Based Services
