Library's Genealogy Group to Highlight British Isles Research

The constantly changing face of British Isles research will be the topic of the Genealogy Group from 7:30-9:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 9 in the Adult Classroom of the Schaumburg Township Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd. Professional Genealogist Paul Milner will share information about recently released original records, new indexes, books, CD-ROMS and websites. No registration is required for this free event.

The doors will open at 7 p.m. for anyone who wants to network with others and review materials. Tony Kierna, the library's genealogist, will welcome the group and provide a brief overview of handouts and upcoming events before the speaker begins at 7:45 p.m.

A full listing of upcoming programs and events can be found in the library's April-May Guide or online at SchaumburgLibrary.org.
