Green Salsa

4 tomatillos

2 jalapeno peppers

Cilantro

Juice of ½ lime

Add tomatillos and peppers to boiling water. Boil until soft, but still firm. Place vegetables and 1 tablespoon of the liquid into the blender. Blend until smooth, Add lime juice and fresh cilantro to taste.
