Sinnapan, Benet beat Neuqua Valley in three games

In her first match moving from setter to outside, Stephanie Sinnappan had 14 kills as No. 2 Benet fought off Neuqua Valley 25-22, 23-25, 25-13 on Wednesday in Lisle.

Whitney Battoe had 9 kills, Caroline Wolf 25 digs and Tiffany Clark 7 kills and 9 digs for the Redwings (7-1). Kaelan Hagg had 7 kills, Kaylyn Hugdahl 6 kills and 8 digs and Emily Krachenfels 12 assists, 8 digs and 4 kills for Neuqua (3-5).

Montini d. Wheaton Academy:Joyce Balash had 5 kills and Bridget Lucas 9 digs in No. 14 Montini#146;s (9-0, 1-0 Suburban Christian Gold) 25-20, 25-20 win. Sydney Vischer had 11 kills and 8 digs and Brianna Tellschow 6 kills for Wheaton Academy (4-3, 0-1).West Chicago d. Larkin:The Wildcats outlasted Larkin 25-23, 21-25, 25-20 behind Devan Orr#146;s 14 kills. Karissa Chernick added 8 kills and Mary Kate Katarzynski 18 assists for West Chicago (5-7).
