Women's Club of Inverness Events to Benefit Local Charities and Scholarships

This has been a busy holiday season for the Women's Club of Inverness. This year's fall benefit, “Holiday Spirits: A Girls' Night Out”, held at Medinah Country Club on Thursday, November 29, boasted record attendance, with the fundraiser selling out weeks before the event. Over 300 women attended the benefit and enjoyed the evening's amenities and an elegant dinner buffet. Attendees were treated to shoulder massages, psychic readings and a photo booth. The fundraiser also featured WCI's signature raffle baskets, a silent auction, a 50/50 cash raffle, and the wares of 30 vendors who provided unique holiday gift selections.

The benefit raised over $23,000. Profits from this event and WCI's upcoming spring fashion show directly benefit local charitable organizations and the WCI Scholarship Program.

The Women's Club of Inverness is proud to announce it will present its annual Fashion Show and Luncheon Benefit “A Waterfall of Fashion in Grand Majestic Style” on Friday, April 12.

The fundraiser will be held at the Stonegate Conference and Banquet Centre in Hoffman Estates from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. This event welcomes the public to one of the premiere fashion shows in the Chicago area! Join the club for a fabulous preview of 2013's spring fashion collections, delectable luncheon, silent auction and raffles. The cost for the luncheon and show is $70. Reservations are required.
