Daniel Hernandez holds his daughter Isabel, the first baby born in Kane County in 2013. She weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce and was 19 inches long. She was born to Esbeide Gutierrez and her husband Daniel Hernandez at Sherman Hospital in Elgin at 8:43 Tuesday morning.
