Aurora resident Don Pilmer was promoted to senior vice president and regional branch manager at Old Second National Bank, with offices locally in Kane and DuPage counties. Pilmer, who joined Old Second 18 years ago, spent the majority of his service in commercial banking and branch development. He assumes management of the bank's treasury management group in addition to his regional responsibilities in commercial banking. He holds a bachelor's degree from North Central College, Naperville, and a master's degree from Aurora University, Aurora.
Schaumburg resident Miguel Arias joined Chicago North Financial Group, an office of MetLife in Itasca, as a financial services representative. A Northern Illinois University graduate, Arias completed the Series 6 exam administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which qualifies him to sell mutual funds and variable annuities in addition to a complete line of life and health insurance products.
William H. Liming joined SubscriberMail, an e-mail marketing company in Lisle, as vice president, strategic services, responsible for growing the company's client consulting practice. Previously, Liming served with Strategic Marketing Group, Lemont, were he was managing director and a founding partner.
Karla Mansfield joined Millennium Trust, Oak Brook, as vice president and controller, responsible for firm finances, human resources and facilities management. Mansfield previously served as vice president of finance for Trustmark Insurance Cos. and vice president and chief financial officer of Delta Dental.
Melba Rodriguez was named vice president of Lifelink Charities, Bensenville. Rodriguez will be in charge of fundraising, marketing and public relations for the 114-year-old human services provider. A Mundelein College graduate, Rodriguez previously served as vice president of institutional advancement at Clarke College, Dubuque, Iowa.
Kris Malandruccolo of Carol Stream, an award-winning videographer and owner of Elegant Videos By Kris, was inducted into the Wedding & Event Videogrpahy Hall of Fame, Las Vegas, in August. Malandruccolo is also the recipient of two Hermes Creative Awards and has recently become an independent Heritage Makers consultant.
David D. Harrison, retired executive vice president and chief financial officer of Pentair Inc., was named to the board of directors of Navistar International Corp., Warrenville. He was appointed to be a member of Navistar's audit and finance committees.
