•Donald P. Gwynne, 53, of the 300 block of Neville Drive, Grayslake, was arrested Dec. 29 at his home and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and violation of bail bond. His court date was not available.

•Vandals scratched a 2006 Toyota sedan between 4:15 and 5:15 p.m. Dec. 28 at Gurnee Mills, 6170 Route 132. Damage was estimated at $300.

•Vandals damaged a soft drink vending machine on the 200 block of South Rand Road Dec. 29. Damage was estimated at $200.
Libertyville
•Thieves stole a red 8-foot snow plow valued at $5,000 from a pickup truck at Napleton Ford, 1010 S. Milwaukee Ave., between 6 p.m. Dec. 31 and 8 a.m. Jan. 2.
Lincolnshire
•Thieves smashed a window of a car while it was parked at a business in the 300 block of Parkway Drive and removed electronic items. The motor vehicle burglary was reported at 9:27 p.m. on Jan. 1. No value estimate was available.
•Michael K. Bilton, 17, of 50 block of Cumberland Drive, Lincolnshire, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on Jan. 3 in connection with a hit and run property damage accident on Oxford Drive at Route 22. Bilton is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, failure to provide information after striking an unattended vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving with one headlight. Bilton has a Feb. 6 Waukegan court date.
Mundelein
•Quinn P. Selle, 18, of the 2400 block of Somerset Lane, Mundelein, and Charles A. Lintner, 18, of the 1400 block of Sutton Circle, Wauconda, were arrested around 7:40 p.m. Dec. 31 on Courtland Street at Linden Avenue. Selle was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and speeding. Lintner was charged with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substance. Their court date is Jan. 30.
Round Lake Beach
•Epifanio Diaz, 26, and Maria Vazquez, 22, both of the 200 block of West Beachview Drive, Round Lake Beach, were arrested around 4:55 p.m. Dec. 28 at North Ardmore and West Clarendon drives and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after they changed seats during a traffic stop. A court date was not available.
Vernon Hills
•Miriam C. Martinez, 25, of the 1400 block of Berwick Boulevard, Waukegan, was arrested Dec. 27 at JCPenney in Westfield Hawthorn mall and charged with retail theft after she took jewelry valued at $213. Her court date is Jan. 27.

•Vandals destroyed a mailbox on the 500 block of Meadowview Drive around 3 a.m. Jan. 2. A damage estimate was not available.
