Discovery Clothing adds shoes

Discovery Clothing Co., an independently owned clothing retailer is adding full shoe departments at all of its Chicago and suburban locations.

Beginning Monday, Sept. 20, shoes will be featured at all stores, including Schaumburg, Vernon Hills, Buffalo Grove, Streamwood, Algonquin, North Aurora, Villa Park, Naperville and Des Plaines.

Every shoe featured at the store is less than $25. Discovery, founded in 1986, is one of the areas largest independently owned retailers.

Store officials said ruffles, high heals, buckles and biker-style boots will be popular this coming season.
