Pattypan Squash with Parmesan and Dill

6-8 small pattypan squash2 tablespoons parmesan cheese#189;-1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped or#188; teaspoon driedSalt and pepper to taste2 tablespoons butter Steam squash until fork-tender, about 8 minutes. Cut in half or quarters and put in a small bowl with parmesan, dill, salt and pepper; mix until well combined.Let butter melt into mixture, toss gently. Serve immediately.Serves two to three.
