Dilled Scalloped Zucchini

4 cups zucchini, sliced1#189; cups light mayonnaise2 cloves garlic, pressed1 heaping tablespoon fresh dill1#189; cups Italian-style bread crumbs#188; cup parmesan cheese, gratedHeat oven to 375 degrees. Coat a shallow casserole dish with cooking spray.Arrange zucchini slices in the dish.In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic and dill until well combined; pour over zucchini. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes.In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over top of zucchini and bake 15 minutes more.Serves five to six.
