Chicken Manicotti

8 ounces manicotti shells, cooked1 pound chicken breast1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon oil#189; cup chopped onion1 pound bulk Italian sausage26 ounces spaghetti sauce14 white string cheese sticks1 cup shredded mozzarella#189; cup Asiago cheeseHeat oven to 350 degrees.Rub chicken with garlic powder, cut in 1-inch pieces.Cook sausage and onion together, stirring and crumbling sausage until cooked through. Drain. Stir spaghetti sauce into sausage mixture. Spread half mixture in a 9-by-13-inch pan.Stuff shells (you should end up with about 12 to 14 undamaged ones) with raw chicken and one cheese stick; arrange shells on meat sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.Sprinkle with mozzarella and Asiago and put back in oven 5-10 minutes more.Serves four.
