Thyme-Allspice Acorn Squash

2 acorn squash, halved2 tablespoons cold butter#189; teaspoon allspice4 springs fresh thymeHeat grill until charcoals become gray, almost white.Using a sharp edge spoon, remove center of squash halves removing seeds. Spoon 11/2 teaspoons butter into each squash half; sprinkle squash halves with allspice. Arrange 1 sprig thyme into each half.Individually wrap each half into foil, then transfer wrapped squash halves onto hot grill rack. Grill 30-45 minutes over just hot charcoals, turning bundles from time to time, and checking for doneness. Remove squash halves from heat as soon as a fork can easily get into the meat.Unwrap and transfer squash halves onto individual plates.
