Bartlett 54, Marian Central 43: Bartlett bounced back from 3 straight losses to claim this victory at the Jacobs Holiday Classic. John Moss had 13 points for the Hawks (6-6), while Matt Chaltin added 11, Marcus Aluquin 10 and Jonathan Leigeber 9. The Hawks close out the tournament today at 1:30 p.m. against Crystal Lake South.

Moline 50, Hampshire 36: The Whip-Purs fell behind 32-16 at halftime and couldn't recover in losing in the first round of pool play at the Chuck Dayton Tournament in DeKalb. Tyler Watzlawick had 13 points to lead the Whip-Purs (2-7) and Shane Hernandez added 9.

Westminster Christian 45, Woodstock 41: Will Woodhouse and Robert Kleczynski each had 11 points as Westminster Christian (7-4) held on for a win on the first day of the E.C. Nichols Tournament at Marengo. Sam Carani added 9 points for the Warriors.
