Schaumburg to host holiday ball for fifth- and sixth-graders

Enjoy a fancy and festive evening celebrating the holiday season with friends.

Schaumburg Park District will hold the Fifth and Sixth Grade Holiday Ball from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.

Participants will enjoy a DJ, picture taking, an area to make a holiday picture frame, games and dinner. A buffet dinner will be served including salad, chicken tenders, chips, dessert and soda. A dinner ticket will be given at arrival.

Parents must escort children in and out of the event. School District 54 dress code applies.

Fee is $17 per person.
