Ismael Morales and Geza Kogler each had hat tricks Tuesday as Hampshire's boys soccer team rolled to a 9-1 win over Rockford Auburn in the quarterfinals of the Whip-Purs' tournament.
Hampshire (10-4-1) will play Huntley in a 9:45 a.m. semifinal on Saturday with the winner facing either South Elgin or Rockford Jefferson for the championship at 1:15 p.m.
Jason Bishop scored 2 goal for Hampshire in Tuesday's win while Brian Contreras, who also had 3 assists, had the other knock. Marcus Quick and Chris Egger combined for 5 saves in goal for the Whips.

Francis Parker 5, Elgin Academy 1: Aaron Thomas scored the Hilltoppers' only goal in this Independent School League loss. Tom Tunca had 19 saves in goal for EA (3-12, 2-5).
