Green Devil
¼ ounce absinthe
1 ounce gin
1 bottle (12 ounces) Duvel beer
Pour the absinthe into a large wine glass, swirling it around to coat the inside of the glass. Pour out any excess. Add the gin, then the Duvel.
Serves one.
