Clean Break

1½ ounces bourbon

1 ounce pear juice

4-5 mint leaves

2 dashes bitters

2 ounces ginger beer

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.

Serves one.
