Find or sell used kids' stuff

Whether your kids are off to college or have just outgrown the toys of younger days, you can reserve a table to sell their old stuff at the Make Room For More Kids Stuff Garage Sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 6 at the Schaumburg Park District's Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg.

Buyers will find an abundance of children's toys, clothes, books and more. The indoor sale will feature rock-bottom prices and prove the adage that one person's junk is another one's treasure.

For those looking to unload items, the sale combines the need for spring cleaning with an opportunity to make some money.

The cost of each table in the rec center gym is $8 for park district residents and $12 for nonresidents. There is a limit of two tables per family. Only children's items can be sold.
