Wheaton North wins in bottom of ninth

Wheaton North 6, Naperville North 5:After Naperville North (9-14, 6-10) scored twice in the top of the ninth inning, the Falcons (16-7, 11-5) won the DuPage Valley Conference game with 3 runs in the bottom of the inning to maintain a half-game lead atop the DVC standings. Wheaton North also scored 3 runs in the bottom of the seventh to send the game to extra innings. Jake Schieber powered the rallies by going 3-for-4 with a homer and 4 RBI. Nick Solak drove in 2 runs for Naperville North.St. Francis 6, Aurora Central 3:Jack Roback improved to 6-0 for the Spartans (17-8, 8-5 Suburban Christian Blue), striking out 10 and allowing no earned runs in a complete-game effort. K.C. Zimmerman and Eric Stout each went 2-for-4.
