Great Pumpkin Halloween Dodgeball Tournament Oct. 19

Wear Halloween costumes and play dodgeball!

The National Amateur Dodgeball Association’s annual Great Pumpkin Halloween Dodgeball Tournament will be held Saturday, Oct. 19, at the Sport Center, 1141 W. Irving Park Road. Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. with matches beginning at 10 a.m.

Dodgeball players dressed in costumes from superheroes to sports stars will show off their diving, ducking and dodging skills throughout the morning in three-minute games.

The tournament is the first event of the 2013-2014 National Amateur Dodgeball Association season. Top teams receive paid bids to the Indoor National Championships in January 2014.

Games are officiated by NADA staff. All players receive a T-shirt. Team prizes are awarded to champions.

The registration deadline is Sunday, Oct. 13. The cost for an adult men’s, women’s or co-rec team of 6 to 10 players is $125. The cost for a high school team of 6 to 10 players is $105.
