Nippersink Road. Residents must be at least 55 years old. Monthly rents range from $598 to $837 and residents must earn at or below 60 percent of the area median income, which is $31,560 for a one-person household in Lake County. The project was financed with a combination of nearly $3 million in state and federal housing credits secured by the Illinois Housing Development Authority and $16.5 million in private investment.
