Registration open for Huntley church's 'Ready, Set, Move' vacation Bible school

Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church in Huntley is hosting "Ready, Set, Move: Follow Jesus Here, There and Everywhere" vacation Bible school on July 10-14 for preschool children from 3 years old (who are potty-trained) to those entering through fifth grade.

It will be 9 a.m. to noon Monday to Friday at the church, 10805 Main St.

Children will enjoy praise and worship, sing, and learn to "follow Jesus, here, there, and everywhere."

While they will develop their understanding of the many teachings of Jesus, the children will enjoy fun indoors and outdoors, too, by making crafts, playing games, and having snacks.

Shepherd of the Prairie Lutheran Church, located at 10805 Main Street, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Mark Boster and Pastor Ryan Mackey, has served the Huntley community for over 20 years.
