Suburbanites were digging out of more snow Tuesday and Gov. J.B. Pritzker issued a disaster proclamation for the entire state.
Brian Kotowski, of Palatine uses his snowblower to dig out from an overnight snowstorm that once again hit the suburbs, "The first couple of times were all right, now I don't like it," Kotowski mentioned as he took a break during his snow removal duties on Tuesday morning.
