Bensenville's Colley Elevator Company expands facility

Colley Elevator Company officially announced the expansion of its Bensenville office with the acquisition of 7,000 square foot of overflow warehouse space. Located in a neighboring facility at 232 William St., the additional capacity is added to its previous 14,000 sqf space, enabling the company to expand its footprint in the Chicagoland market.

As one of the largest independent elevator contractors in the Chicagoland area, the increased space is needed to store larger elevator components as the company broadens its new installation and modernization portfolio. It will enable Colley Elevator to separate inventory for its larger projects from the replacement parts needed to support the nearly 1900 elevators serviced under maintenance contracts.

"We've seen an extraordinary amount of organic growth in the past few years", says Craig Zomchek, the company's Managing Partner, "The expansion became necessary to ensure we continue providing top-notch support to our customer base. We strive to be the preferred service provider in the low- to mid-rise maintenance and modernization categories. This investment will enable us to continue that growth."
