Northwest Suburban Women's Club members attended EMS informational talk Oct. 17, about emergency procedures
Jeanine Liska, EMT for the Schaumburg Fire Department presented a demonstration of emergency procedures that addressed: Heart attack, hands only CPR, choking, signs/symptoms of stroke, fall prevention and Knoxbox/Life Alert. The purpose if this public education event was to inform on what to do in a variety of common emergencies.
Northwest Suburban Woman's Club is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit that supports local, state and national organizations with time and monetary donations.
