Mixed Media Artwork at City Hall in April

Featured this month in the Council Chambers of Des Plaines City Hall, 1420 Miner Street, is the mixed media artwork of Rhonda Popko. She is constantly creating and exploring different media and materials, which are applied to a mix of surfaces through painting, printmaking and textiles. Whether as president of the Des Plaines Art Guild (dpag.org) or through seminars or demonstrations, Rhonda shares her knowledge and is a true teacher in the art world.
