Trinity partners with Worldview Academy, hosts leadership camp
Deerfield, Ill. - Trinity International University has entered a partnership agreement with Worldview Academy that will introduce new levels of collaboration, including the hosting of teenagers each year who will spend a week of their summer vacations learning about effective leadership within a Christian worldview.
The Worldview Academy Leadership Camp, for students between the ages of 13-18, comes to Trinity's Deerfield campus June 14-19. An all-inclusive fee of $745 pays a student's tuition and expenses.
Students who wish to participate must pay the fee and submit release forms by May 29. The camp already is booked at 75 percent capacity.
"We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with Worldview Academy," said Richard A. Grimm, senior vice president for university services and strategic initiatives. "We look forward to welcoming them back to the Trinity campus in June, and we are enthusiastic about the difference this program will make in the lives of our future leaders."
Worldview Academy is a Texas-based organization committed to training Christians to think and live in accordance with a biblical worldview. At the core of its work, it conducts leadership camps throughout the nation.
