Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 12-inch precooked pizza shell2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced 1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce or to taste1 cup blue cheese salad dressing or to taste1 stalk celery, diced2 cups mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese, shreddedPlace chicken in a resealable plastic bag and pour hot sauce over it. Marinate 1 hour to overnight.Heat oven to 375 degrees.Spread the pizza shell with blue cheese dressing. Drain marinated chicken and arrange on top of dressing. Add diced celery and sprinkle with pizza cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 15 to 20 minutes.Makes eight slices.Nutrition values per slice: 386 calories, 26 g fat (7 g saturated), 16 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 22 g protein, 50 mg cholesterol, 797 mg sodium.
