•Leonard W. Warpinski Jr., 55, 5004 Dawnwood, Johnsburg, was arrested around 11:20 a.m. Sept. 15 and charged with criminal trespass to motor vehicle after a witness saw him open an unlocked door and sit inside the 2004 GMC pickup truck parked on the 0-100 block of East Rollins Road, police said. A court date was not available.

Grayslake

•Andrew N. Williams, 18, 353 Heather Ave., Grayslake, was arrested Sept. 16 on the 400 block of North Lake Street and charged with unlawful storage of a weapon (knife), police said. His Waukegan court date was set for Oct. 7.

Gurnee

•Emilia M. Guadarrama, 40, 444 S. Orchard, Waukegan, was arrested around 3:30 p.m. Sept. 17 and charged with retail theft after a security agent for Kohl's, 6120 Route 132, saw her take clothes and jewelry and leave without paying, police said. Value was estimated at $268. A court date was not available.

•A vandal shattered the rear window on a 2004 Honda SUV around 4:30 p.m. Sept. 17 while the vehicle was traveling at Route 132 and North O'Plaine Road, police said. Damage was estimated at $500.

Lake Zurich

•Burglars smashed a window and stole jewelry around 5 p.m. Sept. 18 out of a vehicle parked on the 700 block of West Route 22, police said. A value estimate was not available.

Libertyville

•Sabrina V. Dawson, 25, 914 S. Dymond Road, Libertyville, was indicted Sept. 17 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, three counts aggravated driving under the influence of drugs, and aggravated reckless driving following a traffic accident June 13 at Dawes Street and Fairlawn Avenue, police said. A Waukegan court date was not available.

Mundelein

•Rafael Banuelos-Mendez, 44, 114 N. Butrick St., Waukegan, and Ventura Ibarra-Gaudencio, 38, 236 N. Butrick St., Waukegan, were arrested around 10:40 p.m. Sept. 13 after a traffic stop on Midlothian Road at Route 176, police said. Banuelos-Mendez was charged with traffic violations and driving under the influence; his Waukegan court date was set for Oct. 10. Ibarra-Gaudencio was charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting arrest, and attempting to disarm a police officer; his court date was not available.

Round Lake Beach

•Kevin B. Eide, 45, 1312 Pleasant Court, Round Lake Beach, was arrested around 1:20 p.m. Sept. 20 at his home and charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and a dog-at-large violation, police said. A court date was not available.

•Vandals wrote graffiti Sept. 14 on exterior walls of a building at 1306 Cedar Lake Road, police said. A damage estimate was not available.

Vernon Hills

•Claudia Rico, 19, and Julio C. Mogon, 20, both of 58 S. Shaddle Ave., Apt. 105, Mundelein, were arrested Sept. 18 at 326 Center Drive and charged with credit card fraud after they used a victim's credit card to make numerous purchases at several stores without the cardholder's permission, police said. Their Waukegan court date was set for Oct. 6.

Wauconda

•Burglars broke into a garage around noon Sept. 14 at a home on the 300 block of Brown Street, police said. A value estimate was not available.

•Vandals damaged a truck around 4:45 p.m. Sept. 15 parked on the 600 block of West Liberty Street, police said. A damage estimate was not available.
