• Burglars stole four cell phones and accessories around 2 p.m. Aug. 11 out of a vehicle parked at Apple Inc., 20530 Rand Road, police said. Value was estimated at $1,723.
Gurnee
• Burglars stole a satellite radio overnight Aug. 6-7 out of an unlocked 2006 BMW parked on the 600 block of Angelo Avenue, police said. A value estimate was not available.
• Burglars stole a GPS unit, I-pass transponder, and voltmeter overnight Aug. 10-11 out of an unlocked 2005 Toyota Highlander parked at a home on the 17500 block of Hawk Court, the Lake County sheriff's office said. Value was estimated at $300.

• A vandal put a long scratch from the rear to the front on the driver's side of a 2000 Tacoma pickup truck between 4 and 5 p.m. Aug. 6 in a business parking lot at 20860 Indian Creek Road, police said. Damage was estimated at more than $300.

• Thieves stole a boys bicycle around 5 p.m. Aug. 13 out of a yard at a home on the 700 block of Nantucket Way, police said. Value was estimated at $80.

• A customer scammed a clerk out of an undisclosed amount of money by repeatedly asking for change around 9:50 p.m. Aug. 8 at Pot Belly sandwich shop, 20505 Rand Road, police said.
Lake Zurich
• Linda E. Casady, 46, 1258 Thorndale Lane, Lake Zurich, was arrested around 4:10 p.m. Aug. 10 and charged with child endangerment and driving under the influence after an officer was notified of a possible DUI and found her intoxicated at her home, police said. Her Waukegan court date was set for Sept. 22.
• Shoplifters stole merchandise valued at $1,297 around 3 p.m. Aug. 11 from Home Depot, 670 S. Rand Road, police said.
• Thieves stole two unlocked bicycles around 4:40 p.m. Aug. 11 parked outside a store at 820 W. Rand Road, police said. Value was estimated at $700.
Lincolnshire
• Eric L. Russell, 17, of 448 Gurney Ave., Lake Bluff, John R. Clark, 17, 1115 Quassey Ave., Lake Bluff, and Mark A. Torcivia, 17, 1385 Kurtis Lane, Lake Forest were at arrested Aug. 13 about 7:25 p.m. in a business parking lot in the 300 block of Parkway Drive and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Each is due in Mundelein branch court on Sept. 15.
• Jeffrey T. Fennell, 18, of 1120 W. Brittany Drive, Arlington Heights, was arrested Aug. 16 at about 4:57 p.m. in the 900 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Fennell is due in Mundelein branch court on Sept. 15.
• Jared A. Stabiner, 21, of 475 Carlisle Ave., Deerfield, was arrested Aug. 16 about 11:41 p.m. in the parking lot of a business in the 300 block of Parkway Drive and charged with unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. Stabiner is due in Mundelein branch court on Sept. 15.
• Todd P. Newman, 20, of 100 Pinyon Pine Court, Buffalo Grove, and Kevin T. Seidl, 18, and Nicholas A. Seidl, both 20, of 1516 Jersey Court, Buffalo Grove were arrested Aug. 16 at about 11:44 p.m. and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Each is due in Waukegan court on Sept. 22.

• Vandals damaged the door buzzer Aug. 9 or 10 to entrance No. 8 at West Oak Middle School, 500 Acorn Drive, the Lake County sheriff's office said. Damage was estimated at $500.
Round Lake Beach
• Vandals sprayed paint on two vehicles around 9:45 p.m. Aug. 7 on the 500 block of East Clarendon Drive and 1300 block of Ridgeway Street, police said. Damage estimates were not available.
• Vandals smashed the rear driver's-side window overnight Aug. 6-7 on a 2003 Chevrolet SUV parked in a driveway on the 400 block of Woodland Drive, police said. A damage estimate was not available.

• Danny C. Papavasiliou, 23, 2210 Ninth St., Apt. 302, Charleston, Ill., was arrested Aug. 10 and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a vehicle equipment stop at Townline Road and Aspen Drive, police said. His Mundelein court date was set for Sept. 8.
• Carla Navardo-Flores, 19, and Gabriella Flores-Navarro, 19, both of 812 Argonne Drive, North Chicago, were arrested Aug. 8 and charged with retail theft after a security agent for Sears in Westfield Hawthorn mall saw them take clothes and accessories and leave without paying, police said. Value was estimated at $136. Their Mundelein court date was set for Sept. 8.
• Eli E. Hurtado, 23, 1023 Crescent Court, Round Lake Beach, was arrested Aug. 9 and charged with retail theft, obstructing a peace officer and endangering the life of a child after a security agent for Sears in Westfield Hawthorn mall saw him take merchandise valued at $178, leave without paying, and run from security with his 2-year-old son, police said. His Waukegan court date was set for Sept. 4.
